The House of People's Representatives of (HPR) Ethiopia today endorsed the draft driving permit announcement.
Executive of Transport Affairs Standing Committee of the House, Kamil Ahmed, disclosed to FBC that the decree will address issues amid permitting.
The past announcement had contributed a ton for street auto collision, he said.
As per him, 83.1 percent of the streetcar crashes in Ethiopia happen because of an absence of skill and morals of drivers, which is connected with issues amid permitting.
Be that as it may, he stated, the announcement affirmed today considered capability, age, and fitness, among others.
Consequently, for level 2 driving licenses, a man must have a base driving age of 20 years and fourth grade four finish.
For level 3, a man must have a base age of 20 years and tenth-grade finish.
For level 1 open transport driving permit, a man must have a base age of 22 years and tenth-grade finish.
For cab drivers, he/she should have a base age of 20 years, tenth-grade finish and extra preparing in taxi driving.
